Natus Vincere defeat FlipSid3 2-1 (de_train 16-10, de_overpass 9-16, de_mirage 16-6) and move on to the Counter Pit League Season 2 semi-finals.
Train kicked off the CIS battle between Natus Vincere and FlipSid3 in the second quarter-final, with the former starting as Terrorists and winning the pistol round for a quick 3-0 lead.
A flawless first gunround allowed FlipSid3 to pick up a round, only to get reset in the following when Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács helped turn a 2-on-4 clutch around with a triple. A similar situation happened in the two following rounds, as the two exchanged rounds due to another 2-on-4 clutch.
That allowed Natus Vincere to get up to a dominating 9-2 lead, but their opponents gave themselves a chance with all four remaining rounds before switching over.
Na`Vi's lead was extended to 11-6 when they retook the A bombsite in the pistol round just before Georgi "WorldEdit" Yaskin's triple set it to 11-8. Thanks to a double entry by GuardiaN in an unfavorable position, his team powered to 14-8. The following four rounds were split evenly, as the favourites won the opposing team's pick at 16-10.
The second map, de_overpass, started with GuardiaN and Denis "seized" Kostin picking up important doubles in the pistol round as CT. WorldEdit's Desert Eagle denied them the second round however, as FlipSid3 picked up the forcebuy and two more rounds afterwards.

From there on Na`Vi couldn't get back into the match for more than one round ad a time, as Oleksandr "Shara" Hordieyev and WorldEdit kept finding picks for 8-2. seized's triple was enough to get his team their third round, but they got reset again and the half ended with FlipSid3 leading 11-4.
The second half saw the same situation repeat itself, as Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko and company got the pistol but lost the following anti-forcebuy, allowing FlipSid3 to get up to 14-5. Na`Vi did trade two rounds for one twice, but they were too far behind to come back.
The series was decided on de_mirage, where FlipSid3 decided to go with a rather unusual strategy with two players not buying anything at all in the initial pistol round. That helped them buy a couple of galils after a bomb plant, however Natus Vincere shut them down on both following rounds for 3-0.
After one round went the other way, Na`Vi commenced destruction of FlipSid3, who couldn't get anything done until it was 7-1. Even then only one round went their way due to Zeus smart positioning, but Vladyslav "bondik" Nechyporchuk bailed them out with a nasty 1-on-4 with his deagle.
That didn't account to much though, as GuardiaN closed the first half at 11-4 with a triple-kill on A, and Na`Vi topped it off with a second pistol round win for 14-4. The following two rounds were split, as the Slovakian's quad-kill on B put his team on match point, which was soon turned into a victory at 16-6.
